A few useful answers
Before you start.
Is TeaCheese a curriculum planner for teachers?
Yes. TeaCheese is built for Australian teachers. Use Lite to make one resource at a time, or the Planning Wizard to link your curriculum map, guide, assessment, unit and lessons.
Does TeaCheese support Australian Curriculum v9 planning?
TeaCheese supports Australian Curriculum v9 (ACARA) planning for eligible Foundation to Year 10 subjects and years. It also offers eligible NSW, Victorian and Western Australian curriculum choices; check the exact source and version in the app before planning.
What is the difference between Lite and the Planning Wizard?
Lite helps you make one resource at a time by chatting through your idea. The Planning Wizard links your curriculum map, marking guide, assessment, unit and lessons. Lite resources do not automatically appear in your Planning Wizard plan.
What is TeaCheese Lite?
Tell Lite what you need, check the curriculum, review the draft and download it. Find your resources later in Your Documents. They do not automatically appear in Planning Wizard plans.
Which curricula can I choose?
Choose ACARA, NSW (NESA), Victoria (VCAA) or WA (SCSA) when your subject, year and version are available. Check the exact options in the app. Our public curriculum directory contains ACARA v9.
Can I review the AI output?
Yes. Check the curriculum and read anything AI creates before students see it. Drafts may save automatically. You still decide whether the content is accurate, suitable for your class and right for your school.
What can I download?
Lessons, units, assessments and marking guides offer Word files. Slides offer editable PowerPoint. Worksheets and quizzes offer PDF. Check the download buttons on each completed resource.
How does pricing work?
You get 100 free credits to start. No credit card is needed. Pro is A$9.99 a month for 150 credits. Power is A$19.99 a month for 450 credits. Unlimited is A$39.99 a month. Fair use applies. Every plan has the same tools.
How many credits does a resource use?
On Free, Pro and Power, a detailed lesson uses 6 credits. Quick Lesson uses 3 credits, and a worksheet uses 2. A standalone quiz with 10 questions uses 8. A written assessment uses 13. A unit covering 5 weeks uses 16. Longer units, larger marking guides and more quiz questions can cost more. Slides have a price for the text and another for making the deck. Check the price before each paid step.
Can I buy more credits?
